Come certamente sapete da tredici anni sono legato alla Suzuki, Azienda con la quale si è stretto un legame molto stretto che è andato al di là del rapporto di lavoro o commerciale.

Leon Haslam was presented with the "Rider of the Year" award at Thursday night's Guild of Motoring Writers annual dinner and awards evening at the RAC Club in Pall Mall, London.

At the recent round of the Superbike World Championship in Silverstone, Leon met Andy Fordham and threw a few arrows with the former World Darts Champion in the Suzuki Alstare hospitality unit.

Alstare Suzuki World Superbike riders, Leon Haslam and Sylvain Guintoli, are the latest star attendees confirmed to join the special Brands Hatch British Superbike Festival weekend on the 7th and 8th August, as they and thousands of Suzuki GSX-R fans celebrate 25 years of the iconic sports bike range.

Over the years, the Goodwood Festival of Speed has become one of the most prestigious and important events in the motorsports calendar. What started off not so long ago is a bit of fun event for a few thousand fans has now grown to a fun event for over 150,000 spectators. Really, the Festival of Speed is now a must-see for petrolheads worldwide as it combines the stars of two and four wheels, with race machinery and exotica from all ages of motorsport.

MASIERO, a Venetian company specialising in lighting design, is entering motorcycle sport as a technical supplier to the prestigious Suzuki Alstare team in the 2010 Superbike World Championship, one of the world’s most popular sporting series.

The King of this year’s Superbike World Championship (so far), met royalty at Silverstone before yesterday. Team Suzuki Alstare rider Leon Haslam, who is leading this year’s WSBK series by twenty points, met HRH Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, during a special presentation to launch the new Silverstone race circuit in front of many dignitaries, VIPs and Media.
